Helping leaders & teams fabulously navigate offense, change, & tension with clarity & calm.

Meet Annie Laing

Founder & Chief Unoffendable Officer

As the Founder of The Unoffendable and The Unoffendable Movement, Annie works as an Organizational Leadership Consultant who is passionate about leaders thriving, organizations fabulously navigating change, and people reaching their full potential by embracing the freedom of unoffendable living.

Annie started The Unoffendable after years of leading operations and teams, and seeing firsthand how offenses like unspoken hurts, unmet expectations, and unresolved tensions derail organizations faster than any strategy flaw.

She also loves working with business professionals to help them conquer fears, stress, and burnout by using brain-friendly, healing methods of mindset shifts to help move them forward into the future with hope and confidence.

As a Consultant, Annie has a particular passion for partnering with small businesses and nonprofits to align their internal processes to allow for growth and a thriving internal culture. She is a member of the Society for Process Consulting, through which she holds a credential as an Advanced Process Consultant.
